The shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a UPS Extra delivery with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
COLLECTION OF THE PACKAGE FROM OUR WAREHOUSE
No additional costs for on-site collection. You can pay in cash upon collection.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 17.30 at our headquarters in Via Gaetano Bertoli n.5 Rodengo Saiano (BS)
We ship directly to your home.
You can request the shipment of the products purchased to an address other than that of your residence, simply by indicating the new address in the space provided on the order form during the compilation. Free shipping in ITALY by express courier . All orders received by 11.00 am are delivered in the order of 2 days throughout the national territory with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and areas that are difficult to reach for which 1 more day is needed.
Orders received after 11.00 on Friday are processed the following Monday.
All items are shipped in packaging suited to the material and size of the item, with professional padded boxes or envelopes.
Shipping takes place by express courier, it is understood that each shipment will always be traceable. For any reason, shipments that do not have a verifiable tracking code are not expected.
The Courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, therefore the delivery is postponed to the first day after that is not a holiday.
Cinturificio Bresciano is not responsible for any reason for damage not attributable to its will, as well as for any delays with respect to delivery times, or from the time of shipment we are no longer responsible.
In case of damage to the goods attributable to the shipping carrier, reimbursement is provided only if the dispute occurs by opening the package in front of the courier and accepting it with reserve. Otherwise it will not be possible to file a complaint with the shipping carrier.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT AT OUR WAREHOUSE
We remind you that you have 14 days from receiving the package to make the return. The goods can only be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package and only intact and unused items will be accepted. Also take care not to tear the labels and not to dirty the goods . By following these simple tips you will save time and unpleasant problems in the event of a claim for damage. The shipment of the goods is at your expense .
