The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a TNT Extra delivery with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.

No additional costs for on-site collection. You can pay in cash upon collection.
We are open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 17.30 at our headquarters in Via Gaetano Bertoli n.5 Rodengo Saiano (BS)

HOME DELIVERY

We ship directly to your home.
You can request the shipment of the products purchased to an address other than that of your residence, simply by indicating the new address in the space provided on the order form during the compilation. Free shipping in ITALY by express courier . All orders received by 11.00 am are delivered in the order of 2 days throughout the national territory with the exception of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria, smaller islands and areas that are difficult to reach for which 1 more day is needed.
Orders received after 11.00 on Friday are processed the following Monday.
All items are shipped in packaging suited to the material and size of the item, with professional padded boxes or envelopes.
Shipping takes place by express courier, it is understood that each shipment will always be traceable. For any reason, shipments that do not have a verifiable tracking code are not expected.
The Courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, therefore the delivery is postponed to the first day after that is not a holiday.
Cinturificio Bresciano is not responsible for any reason for damage not attributable to its will, as well as for any delays with respect to delivery times, or from the time of shipment we are no longer responsible.
In case of damage to the goods attributable to the shipping carrier, reimbursement is provided only if the dispute occurs by opening the package in front of the courier and accepting it with reserve. Otherwise it will not be possible to file a complaint with the shipping carrier.

We remind you that you have 14 days from receiving the package to make the return. The goods can only be returned within 14 days of receipt of the package and only intact and unused items will be accepted. Also take care not to tear the labels and not to dirty the goods . For product orders at Cinturificio bresciano S.R.L. the general contractual conditions of Cinturificio bresciano S.R.L. only apply. in the version in effect at the time of the order. The general contractual conditions apply exclusively to the conclusion of the contract / order made in the online shop.

Conclusion of the contract / order

On this portal, contracts can only be stipulated in Italian. You become in possession of a contract stipulated with Cinturificio bresciano S.R.L., after having carried out the online ordering process, having entered the requested data and after clicking, in step 4, the "buy now" button. After your order has been sent, we will send you an email confirming receipt and the details of the order (confirmation of receipt). This acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but only informs you that we have received your order. The sales contract is concluded only when we send you the ordered product. In the event that the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to send the goods. In this case, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability and promptly refund the amount received. The order status can be checked in the "My Account" section, in the "Your order" box. The minimum age to place an order in the online shop is 18 years.

The data relating to the order are stored by Cinturificio bresciano SRL. If you have notified us to send E-Mail, you will receive all data relating to your order by e-mail which can, in turn, be printed.

Withdrawal procedure

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days, without it being necessary to indicate the reasons for the withdrawal. The deadline for withdrawal amounts to fourteen days, starting from the day on which you, or a third person appointed by you, other than the carrier, comes into possession of the goods.

In order to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (indicate the contact methods: info@inturificiobresciano.it) by means of an unequivocal declaration of the decision to withdraw from this contract. For the expiry of the right to be respected, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to return you immediately and, in any case, within fourteen days from the day of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, all the amount we have received from you, including shipping costs. (except for the additional costs that were determined by choosing a different shipment from the standard one, offered by us). For the refund, the same payment method you used at the time of the original payment will be used, subject to other agreements; in no case will you be charged for the refund. We can deny the refund until we have received the goods or until we are provided with the documentation proving the shipment of the goods.

The customer is required to return or deliver the goods to us immediately and, in any case, within fourteen days from the day on which he informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The terms are considered maintained if the goods are sent before the expiry of the fourteen days. The costs of shipping the goods are at our expense. The customer will be held responsible for any depreciation of the goods if, from the verification of the state, characteristics and functioning it emerges that it is attributable to incorrect use by the customer.

Special Notes

In the event that the order has been paid by cash on delivery, we remind you that we do not refund the taxes incurred.

Severability clause

In the event that one of the provisions of this GC should not be effective, the provisions of the law apply instead. The legal validity of all other contractual provisions must not be compromised in this case.
